Cleaners: register for contract opportunities
We are building a register of cleaners and cleaning companies across the UK. From 1 December we plan to offer short and long-term cleaning contracts when suitable opportunities become available.
This is a new service. Registering does not guarantee work.

How we might work together
Each opportunity is different, so we decide how to work together case by case. Depending on the contract, this could be:
- Direct employment by us.
- Subcontracting: you run your own business and carry out the work for us.
- One-off cleaning contracts.
When an opportunity is offered, we will explain the terms and run the final compliance checks. These may include your business registration (sole trader or limited company), insurance such as public liability, and, where relevant, your right to work. You do not need to have these ready to register.
Contracts will be offered when suitable opportunities become available. We cannot guarantee any work, and registering does not create a contract or commit you or us to anything.
How we use your details
Who we are: AYREY LIMITED, trading as PiksyPiks, 60 Tottenham Court Road, Suite 3026a, Fitzrovia, London W1T 2EW. We decide how your details are used.
What we collect: your name, mobile number, email address, area, how you work, and any optional answers you give about your cleaning, supply spend, products and brands.
Why:
- To keep you on our register and contact you about cleaning contract opportunities. You asked us to by registering.
- To carry out compliance checks if an opportunity is offered to you.
- Your optional answers about cleaning, spend, products and brands help us match opportunities and, only if you opt in to emails, make our offers relevant to you.
- Only if you tick the optional boxes: to send you a WhatsApp group invitation and updates, and emails with wholesale offers and news.
Sharing: we do not sell your details. We will only share them with a customer or their representative if you agree to be put forward for a specific opportunity. Our service providers, such as our website and email systems, may process your details for us.
How long: we keep your details for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner.
Your choices and rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, withdraw either optional consent, or object to how we use them, at any time. Email sales@piksypiks.com. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
